General Information
The apartment complex includes a total of 7 floors, 21 three-bedroom apartments and 14 two-bedroom apartments. From the main floor it is possible to access the swimming-pool area, garden and car park.
Key collection at Espatur office: Avda. dels Borrons, 44 - Urbanización Los Lirios - Playa de Xeraco from 5pm to 8pm. It is not possible to pick up keys after 8pm so guests arriving later have to wait till 9am the following day. A deposit of around 150 EUR is required on arrival and refunded on the last day after checking out of the apartment. During high season, the property can ask for a deposit of up to around 300-600 EUR. During Easter period the property will not accept any booking from guests under 30 years old. Check out will be at 9am. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, linen and small towels.
