The new Townsville accommodation with stunning views was opened in 2009 and is the city's next generation in resort-style accommodation. Comprising a total of 112 guest rooms, the air-conditioned establishment offers a lobby, conference facilities, room and laundry services and a car park.
Reception Hours now are 6am-11pm. Upon arrival at guests' selected property, a credit card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental expenses including (but not limited to) minibar, telephone calls, breakage/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with this hotel and resort group and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
