The resort is on Bintan Island, Indonesia, a 55-minute ferry journey from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore. Located at the crossroads of one of the world's oldest and busiest maritime trading routes, Bintan has provided a safe haven to traders and sailors from Europe, India and China for over a century.
A unique blend of sunny Mediterranean spirit and warm Indonesian hospitality will make guests feel more than welcome here. This family resort, which was renovated in 2006, has 245 rooms and suites. It has a lobby with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facility and lift access. The resort also has 6 food and beverage outlets. Conference facilities also feature. Internet access is available for a fee, as are room and laundry services. For younger guests there is as a kids club with activities for children 4 to 8 years and 9 to 13 years (fees apply) and a playground.Guests need to take a high-speed catamaran from Singapore's Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT). The journey to Bintan Island takes about 55 minutes. The transfer to and from the ferry terminal will be provided by the resort. The resort should be informed in advance as to when guests are arriving so that the necessary arrangements can be made for the transfer. Please note - there are no buses or taxis on the island.
