This hotel is wonderfully situated just a few minutes away from the centre of Veracruz. This is the ideal starting point for exploring the famous sights of the city such as the cathedral or Los Portales. The nearest beach is just 50m away and the airport is around 20 km away from the hotel.
This hotel building was founded in the 18th century and is the oldest hotel in Latin America and is therefore a cultural heritage site. In 1836, it was the only hotel offering a restaurant service, a coffee service, a bar and a bathroom. There are a total of 93 rooms spread over 5 floors, of which 16 are suites. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception desk, safe, cloakroom, a currency exchange counter and lift as well as a breakfast room, a conference room and Internet access. Furthermore, guests are served with traditional dishes in the bar/restaurant Los Flamingos. A playground, room services, a launderette and medical assistance are available on request.
