Opened in 2002, the luxury holiday complex comprises a total of 460 rooms as well as 38 suites. In the main building, there is a foyer with a reception desk, a cosy seating area, a lobby bar, a small supermarket, souvenir shops and a hairdressing salon. Additionally, guests are offered a number of bars, a nightclub, a games room, several air-conditioned à la carte restaurants serving Japanese and Mexican dishes as well as a public Internet terminal (for an added fee). In addition, there is a laundry service, room service, 24-hour medical assistance as well as a kids' club and a playground on offer. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities.
Dinner reservations can also be made in the à la carte restaurants, where the dress code requires that gentlemen wear long trousers. Topless is not allowed in the pool area. Following Dominican regulations, children under 16 years old are not allowed in the disco. Alcoholic drinks are not served to children under 16 years old.
