General Information
In 1863, a new building was added to house the foundry's pharmacy, which was transferred to the newly-built Hôtel Dieu in 1894. The space formerly occupied by the pharmacy was then used as headquarters by the foundry's workers' club and offered fencing, billiards, games rooms, and an impressive library. In 1922, the workers' club was turned into a guest house for customers and important visitors and was named Hostellerie de la Petite Verrerie Hotel.
Today, Hostellerie de la Petite Verrerie Hotel is continuing this tradition by hosting VIP guests, tourists from around the globe, and internationally-renowned artists and performers.
