GREENVILLE is the third city hotel, managed by FPI Hotels & Resorts, which for the first time combines the two services, offered by the chain hotel, apartment houses and successfully impose the combination of hotel services and home comfort in one product, which gains more popularity in Bulgaria. The complex, which was opened in may 2005, was built on an area of 1 053 sq. m in the luxury district of Lozenets. The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the first japanese hospital in Europe-Tokuda Hospital. Near the hotel is also the Maleevi tennis club.
