General Information
The Famissi Hotel is situated in the heart of Kalambaka city, right below the famous Rocks of Meteora offering an excellent view of the monasteries in the mountains. The shopping area is only few minutes walk from the sight.
The rooms are all tastefully decorated in dark red, blue and orange colours. Bathrooms are clean and of an average size. The entrance hall is large and spacious. Even though it is simply designed and furnished, it has a very pleasant atmosphere. The reception area includes a small bar and lounge area in front of an open fire, which provides an intimate and cosy ambience in the winter months. The lounge area is rather similar to a Swiss chalet.
The hotel benefits from an excellent location. In the summertime, the hotel places tables out on the patio where one can enjoy the fabulous view and watch the world go by.
