General Information
The apartments are located in a new area of the city, only 5-minutes walking distance from most commercial streets. It is also in close proximity to the historical centre. The cathedral and Jewish district are both about 3 km away. The train and bus stations are located some 15 minutes away. Barcelona Airport is some 112 km away while the Girona - Costa Brava Airport is just 18 km away.
The complex consists of 36 new apartments spread over 6 floors located in the same building, with a shared lobby, a hotel safe and reception. The building is also air-conditioned and features lift access. WLAN access is also available, though subject to fees. In addition, guests have the use of a laundry room, which comes with a washing machine, dryer and irons. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car (subject to fees).Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments with the exception of the balcony. A returnable deposit of approx. EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. The office hours are between 8:30 am and 1 pm, and 4:30 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday. Check-in or check-out on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and outside this schedule is subject to a surcharge of approx. EUR 25. Customers must advise the office of their arrival time 2 days prior to arrival. Please contact the office in order to collect the keys.
